In this competitive town-building game for 1–5 players, ambitious Founders duke it out to build the most prosperous district in the fledgling town of Eureka Springs. Over the course of one chaotic week, you’ll construct bizarre Buildings, welcome peculiar Townsfolk, do some landscaping, and deal with the Ruffians and general nonsense that come with settling the Hoselands. Each day, you’ll send your Helping Hands down the lanes of your district to gather resources and activate the Buildings you’ve constructed. Then, put those resources to work: build new structures, house Townsfolk, equip useful Tools, and expand your district with Cobblestones, Waterways, Farmfields, Market Stalls, and Outhouses. Every Founder has a unique ability to build around, while a shared Weekly Itinerary throws new events your way and keeps each game unpredictable. A good district takes careful planning. Secret Claims to Fame reward you for pursuing particular layouts and strategies. You’ll also compete for Landscape Achievements, create powerful Building and Townsfolk combinations, and keep pesky Ruffians under control to earn valuable victory points. After the final day, players will tally up their handiwork.
